Requirements

  • Must have, or set up a T-Mobile ID.
    • Metro by T-Mobile Customers must create a T-Mobile ID
  • Be of legal age where you live.
  • Have a Social Security number.
  • Have a U.S. or Puerto Rico street address.
  • Have a U.S. government issued ID (military ID not accepted).
