Add or Remove Service Add Ons

Use this page to find quick steps to manage your current plan add-ons and review account features. Conveniently add or remove services on your account through the Metro by T-Mobile app.

Add services

Plan & feature add ons

  1. Visit Metrobyt-mobile.com to log in.
  2. Once signed in to My account, in the devices section, select the line you would like to add a service on.
  3. Select Add Services.
  4. Select from our most popular services such as International Calling, Protection, and add the needed features.
  5. Select Confirm Selections.
  6. Review your changes and cost, then select Checkout.
  7. Next, review the Order Confirmation screen and review your updated monthly pricing.
  8. Select Back to My account to return to My account.

Remove services

Remove plan & service add ons

  1. Visit Metrobyt-mobile.com to log in.
  2. Select My account.
  3. Select the line you would like to remove a service from.
  4. Select the service you wish to remove.
  5. Select Remove and then Remove again.
  6. Select Back to My Account to return to My account.
