  • You must sign up for Metro’s new Metro Flex Plus plan. Upon activation of your new rate plan, Metro will send you a text directing you to Amazon to create your Amazon account and activate Prime. If you no longer have the text, we can send it again, go here and enter your Metro phone number.  The system will validate that you are on an eligible plan, and you can complete signup for Prime.

  • If you already have a Prime membership, you will still be able to sign up for Prime through Metro. Follow the steps once you receive the text directing you to Amazon using your existing Prime account. Here you will have instructions to transition your membership to be billed through Metro by T-Mobile.

  • If you remain on the Metro Flex Plus rate plan with Metro by T-Mobile, you will not need to pay for your Amazon Prime membership.

  • If your mobile service is no longer through Metro by T-Mobile or you leave the qualifying rate plan for a different plan that does not offer Amazon Prime, your Prime membership will be automatically cancelled. To continue your Prime membership, please visit https://www.amazon.com/gp/primecentral, sign in using your Amazon credentials and sign up directly through Amazon Prime to continue enjoying the same benefits.

  • Prime is included as an option with your new Metro Flex Plus rate plan. If you wish to cancel your Prime benefit, please visit the ‘Manage Your Prime Membership’ page here. - https://www.metrobyt-mobile.com/manageamazonprime.html

  • If your Metro account is suspended for more than 24 hours your Prime benefits will also be suspended. Once you make your monthly Metro service payment your Prime benefits will start again within 24 hours.

  • If you do not make your Metro by T-Mobile bill payment in a timely fashion and your account is canceled, you will also lose access to your Prime benefits. Your Prime benefits will start again when you pay for your Metro service and reactivate on a qualifying plan. If you already were an existing Prime member and your T-Mobile account is cancelled, you will not be able to active Prime through Metro more than once. You can however continue your Prime membership directly through Amazon.

  • You can request a new verification code by going here. If you are still having issues receiving a verification code, please contact Metro by T-Mobile customer care at 1-888-8Metro8. Note: To receive a verification code, you must be on a qualifying rate plan.

  • You can visit the ‘Manage Your Prime Membership’ page here, where your current method of payment will be indicated near the top left of the page in the Billing section. You can also call Metro by T-Mobile customer care at 1-888-8Metro8 to confirm if Amazon Prime is a part of your rate plan.

  • The great news is no, your Prime membership will continue while you are an active Metro customer on the Metro Flex Plus rate plan.
