How can I qualify for this offer?
You need to have a Metro phone plan that has been active for 30+ days and live in an area where Home Internet is available. Home Internet eligibility is determined at the household level. Household eligibility is based off network capacity, which is expanding all the time, but can also change as more customers join Home Internet. Check availability.

Get this offer in store. Find a Metro store. Speak with a store associate for complete details.
What do I pay?
After your first month, pay $50/mo. when you sign up for AutoPay to receive a $5 monthly discount (or pay $55/mo. without AutoPay). Sales tax and regulatory fees are included in monthly plan price.
Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 14 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.
Are there limits?
Limit 1 offer per account/household.
What should I know about the network?
5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. See store for details, or check out coverage maps, network, restrictions and Terms and Conditions of Service (including arbitration provision).
What else should I know?
Your Home Internet service is only available at the address you provide for activation. Not compatible with some live TV streaming services.

You keep your existing phone number. Phone numbers currently active on T-Mobile or active on Metro by T-Mobile in the past 180 days aren’t eligible for this offer.

What do I need to pay?
Your phone is $99.99 and you’ll need to pay any applicable sales tax. A connection fee of up to $25 may apply and you’ll pay for the first month of your new line. After your third month of service, you’ll need to properly complete a form for your virtual prepaid Mastercard, which you can use online or in stores; no cash access and expires in 6 months. The Mastercard is issued by Sunrise Banks, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to license from Mastercard International, Inc. Mastercard is a registered trademark and the circles design is a trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated. This card may be used everywhere Debit Mastercard is accepted.
