My fiance factory reset my phone and we lost the ability to set up the esim on our own because her device is broken. We could not receive a verification pin so the customer service lady on the phone sent me to a store. We have been going to Richards location for years and he has always been so helpful. Although this time he took all the extra steps to ensure our problem was solved and we would walk out his door satisfied. My fiance was careless when she did the factory reset, and we have been frustrated for a few days because of her careless action. Richard really did an exemplary job for us and thankfully without a fee. I highly recommend Richards store. Owners like him deserve recognition and support. If you are thinking about switching to Metro PCS or if you are an existing customer shopping for a phone... Go see Richard in Spanaway/Parkland on 149th and Pacific, shares parking lot with McDonald's, O'Reilly's and what used to be Goodwill and Dollar Tree. You will not receive better service than from Richard. View on Google
