I had an outstanding experience at the Metro by T-Mobile store at the 4180 Pearl Rd location thanks to Syed! 5/5 stars for Syed who is exceptionally knowledgeable about all the products and plans Metro offers, and his advice was spot-on. On top of that, he was immensely helpful in tracking down my account number and transfer PIN when I really needed the assistance while other Metro by T-Mobile refused to help.
