Extremely disappointed with my visit today. The wait time was over 45 minutes because there was only one person working the entire floor. When I finally got helped, the service was rushed, stressed, and completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, I was hit with a mandatory activation fee that was never mentioned on the website or over the phone. Dealing with hidden fees after waiting that long is completely unacceptable, and I will definitely not be coming back to this location. View on Google
